We provide wash and fold laundry service with pickup and delivery.

What items do you not accept?

We do not accept dry clean only items, specialty fabrics (silk, wool, leather, suede), or items with extreme stains.

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours.

Do I need to be home for pickup?

No. We will coordinate pickup instructions during booking.

How is laundry handled?

Each customer's laundry is washed separately and handled with care.

Service Policies

Service Description

Middle TN Laundry Co. provides wash and fold laundry service with pickup and delivery to customers in Smyrna and La Vergne, TN. All laundry is washed, dried, and folded by our local family team.

Pricing & Bag Guidelines

  • Pricing is per standard bag
  • Standard bag = typical household laundry bag
  • Overfilled bags may count as additional bags
  • One-Time Service: $34.99 per standard bag
  • Subscription Service: $29.99 per standard bag (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from pickup to delivery. Actual turnaround time may vary based on schedule and demand.

Cancellations & Missed Pickups

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a pickup. For subscription customers, please provide notice before your scheduled pickup day.

Damage & Liability Disclaimer

Middle TN Laundry Co. is not responsible for normal wear, manufacturer defects, or pre-existing damage to garments. We handle all laundry with care, but some items may naturally shrink, fade, or show wear through normal washing and drying. We do our best to identify delicate items, but customers are responsible for ensuring only washable items are included in their laundry.

Items Not Accepted

We do not accept the following items:

  • Dry clean only items
  • Specialty fabrics (silk, wool, leather, suede)
  • Items with extreme stains (grease, paint, oil, etc.)
  • Bedding, comforters, or oversized items (at this time)

Payment & Subscription Terms

  • Prepayment is required before pickup
  • Subscription customers are billed on a recurring basis based on their selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
  • Subscription customers may cancel at any time with notice before the next scheduled pickup
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
